MRC has announced an urgent recruitment campaign for multiple construction trades for a six-month project in Rabigh. Candidates with valid Saudi documents and immediate availability are encouraged to apply as mobilization is required immediately.
Job Role Overview & Importance
Construction projects depend on a combination of skilled trades and support workers to ensure smooth execution and timely completion. Helpers assist site teams with daily activities, while carpenters construct and install wooden structures and formwork. Masons are responsible for blockwork, plastering, and other masonry tasks essential to building construction.
Painters provide protective and decorative finishes to structures, while plumbers install and maintain water supply and drainage systems. Electricians handle electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and reliable power systems.
Together, these professionals contribute significantly to project quality, workplace safety, and construction productivity.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their trade and project requirements. Helpers will support site operations by assisting skilled workers, handling materials, and maintaining work areas.
Carpenters will construct formwork, install wooden structures, and assist with building-related carpentry tasks. Masons will carry out blockwork, plastering, and other masonry activities according to project specifications.
Painters will prepare surfaces and apply coatings to maintain appearance and protection. Plumbers will install and repair piping systems, while electricians will handle electrical wiring, maintenance, and equipment installation.
All workers must follow project safety regulations and complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades. Candidates must possess valid Saudi work documents and be capable of working in a professional construction environment.
A valid Iqama, Chamber registration, Muqeem report, passport copy, and blood report are required. Candidates must also present their original passport during mobilization and document verification.
Physically fit and hardworking individuals who can join immediately will be preferred for these positions.
