Job Role Overview & Importance

Although entry-level, this role is essential for maintaining productivity on large-scale projects. Without reliable helpers, project timelines and operational efficiency would be significantly affected.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for assisting skilled workers on construction and industrial sites. Daily duties include carrying materials, preparing work areas, cleaning sites, and supporting different trades such as carpentry, masonry, electrical, and piping work.
Helpers may also be required to follow instructions from supervisors, maintain basic safety practices, and ensure that tools and materials are properly organized. In large projects, helpers contribute significantly to maintaining workflow efficiency and site cleanliness.
Since these roles are part of long-term projects, consistency, discipline, and physical fitness are important for successful performance.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
No advanced technical experience is required for helper positions; however, prior experience in construction, labor work, or industrial environments will be an advantage.
Candidates must have valid Saudi documentation, including Absher Iqama, original passport, and willingness to work in Riyadh or Dammam. Applicants should be physically fit and ready for immediate mobilization.
Salary is fixed at 2000 SAR for both Riyadh and Dammam positions, with food provided free by the company.
