Job Role Overview & Importance
An HSE Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring workplace safety, preventing accidents, and enforcing health and environmental standards across project sites. In Aramco-related projects, safety compliance is strictly monitored, and supervisors are responsible for maintaining zero-incident operations.
This role requires both technical safety knowledge and strong field presence. HSE Supervisors ensure that workers follow safety procedures, risk assessments are properly implemented, and hazardous situations are quickly controlled. Their contribution is critical to protecting manpower and maintaining project continuity.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily safety operations across both office and field environments. Duties include conducting safety inspections, monitoring worker behavior, ensuring compliance with Aramco safety regulations, and implementing corrective actions when required.
HSE Supervisors will also conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills. They must ensure that all personnel use proper PPE and follow site-specific safety protocols at all times.
Additionally, they will be responsible for reporting safety incidents, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with project management to improve workplace safety standards.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must be Aramco Approved HSE Supervisors with proven experience in industrial or oil and gas projects. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of meeting field fitness requirements, including basic physical assessments such as push-ups and squats.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage both office and field responsibilities are essential. Applicants must be under 40 years of age as per project requirements.
Experience in Eastern Province Aramco projects will be considered a strong advantage.
