Job Role Overview & Importance

Construction Managers and Commissioning Managers play a critical role in ensuring industrial projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Their leadership helps coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and operational departments throughout the project lifecycle.

Lifting Engineers are responsible for planning and supervising lifting operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards. Millwright personnel support installation, maintenance, and alignment of rotating equipment, while piping professionals oversee fabrication, installation, and supervision of piping systems essential to industrial plant operations.

These positions are vital for maintaining project quality, operational reliability, and workplace safety in large-scale oil and gas developments.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Construction Managers will oversee project execution, manpower coordination, scheduling, and compliance with project requirements. Commissioning Managers will supervise system testing, startup activities, and operational readiness before project handover.

Lifting Engineers will prepare lifting plans, assess risks, and monitor lifting operations to ensure safe execution. Millwright Foremen and Technicians will handle equipment installation, maintenance, alignment, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.

Piping Supervisors and Foremen will manage piping teams, monitor installation activities, and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards. Piping Fabricators will fabricate piping components according to project specifications while maintaining productivity and quality requirements.

All personnel must follow company procedures, project safety standards, and operational guidelines throughout the project duration.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants should possess relevant experience in oil & gas, industrial construction, EPC, or maintenance projects. Strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and project execution experience are essential for managerial and supervisory roles.
