AGH has announced an urgent requirement for an experienced WPR in Riyadh. The position is open to candidates with Aramco approval, relevant third-party certifications, and five years of Aramco project experience. The rate will be decided after the interview, with immediate mobilization for candidates who successfully qualify.

Job Role Overview & Importance

A Work Permit Receiver is responsible for supporting safe and controlled execution of permitted work activities. On large projects in Saudi Arabia, WPRs coordinate with supervisors, work crews, and other responsible personnel to ensure that permit conditions are understood and followed. Their role is especially important when activities involve isolation, electrical work, hazardous environments, or other controlled operations. Experienced WPRs help maintain communication between the permit system and field teams while supporting compliance with project safety requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The selected WPR will be expected to manage and follow applicable work permit requirements and coordinate with relevant site personnel before and during work activities. Responsibilities may include checking permit conditions, confirming that required precautions are established, communicating safety requirements to work teams, and monitoring activities to ensure they remain within the approved scope. The position also requires awareness of LOTO and other safety controls associated with industrial work. Any change in work conditions or safety concerns should be communicated promptly through the appropriate project procedures.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must have Aramco approval and possess two WPR cards, with one valid and one expired, according to the recruitment requirement. Candidates must also have valid third-party certifications in Third Party HR, CS, LOTO, BLS, H2S, and First Aid. A minimum of 5 years of experience on Aramco projects is required. Applicants should submit an updated CV and all relevant certificates along with their normal documents, including Chamber and Ajeer. Candidates who qualify through the interview can expect immediate mobilization.
