Job Description

Safety Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment by implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures on construction and industrial projects. They identify workplace hazards, monitor compliance with safety regulations, conduct inspections, and help prevent accidents through effective safety management and employee awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform routine site safety inspections, identify and report unsafe conditions, ensure compliance with company and project safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), investigate incidents when required, maintain safety records, and coordinate with supervisors to promote a safe and productive work environment.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience as a Safety Officer in construction or industrial projects. Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid Iqama with Insurance and should be ready for immediate joining. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills will be an advantage.
