The role also involves reviewing HSE observations, tracking their progress until closure, analyzing safety trends, preparing detailed reports, and providing recommendations to improve overall site safety performance. The HSE Supervisor works closely with project managers, engineers, safety officers, and operational teams to ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable safety regulations while maintaining accurate digital records and documentation.
