ARA General Contracting Est. is offering urgent manpower requirements for multiple technical and skilled positions across major industrial projects in Jubail, Ras Al Khair, and Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity covers a wide range of engineering, mechanical, electrical, and safety-related roles for candidates experienced in construction, maintenance, and oil & gas sector projects. The project is short-term (2 months) but requires highly skilled professionals who can deliver quality work under strict industrial standards and tight deadlines. All selected candidates will be deployed based on project requirements after interview selection.
Scope of Work and Job Responsibilities
Each role in this project carries specific technical responsibilities. Mechanical Engineers and Supervisors will oversee project execution, planning, and site coordination. Fabricators, Pipe Fitters, and Multi Welders will handle cutting, fitting, and welding activities according to engineering drawings and safety standards. Fire Watchers, Standby Men, Safety Officers, and Permit Receivers will ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and monitor hazardous operations. Riggers (Level I, II, III) and Flagmen will manage lifting operations and signal coordination. Electrical Technicians and Instrument Technicians will perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical and control systems. QC Inspectors will ensure quality compliance, while Sand Blasters and Painters will handle surface preparation and finishing works. Millwrights and Tank Fitters will support mechanical installation and structural alignment tasks.
Required Skills, Experience, and Eligibility
Applicants must have relevant hands-on experience in their respective fields, preferably in large industrial or oil & gas projects. Strong technical knowledge, ability to work in a team environment, and understanding of safety procedures are essential for all positions. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Valid documentation is mandatory, including Ajeer registration, Chamber certificate, valid Iqama, medical report, insurance, and passport copy. Previous Gulf experience will be considered an added advantage. All applicants must be prepared for interview-based selection, and salary will be finalized after evaluation.
