Role Overview and Industry Importance
Large-scale industrial projects require a highly skilled workforce to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution. Supervisors and Foremen oversee daily operations and workforce management, while Pipe Fitters, Welders, Riggers, and Fitters perform essential installation and maintenance activities. Electrical and Instrumentation professionals maintain critical systems that support plant operations. Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their respective trades and departments. Supervisors and Foremen will coordinate workforce activities and monitor project progress. Welders will execute welding tasks according to approved procedures and specifications. Pipe Fitters, Tay Fitters, and E&I Fitters will install and maintain piping and industrial systems. Electricians, Cable Pullers, and E&I Technicians will handle electrical and instrumentation installations. Riggers will coordinate lifting operations, while Grinder Men will support fabrication and preparation activities. WPR personnel will manage permit-related safety procedures and ensure compliance with project regulations.
