Civil Manager, AutoCAD Operator

A Civil Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and successfully delivering civil construction projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements. Working closely with AutoCAD Operators, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams, the Civil Project Manager oversees every phase of the project from planning to completion. Primary Duties and Work Responsibilities

Civil Project Managers develop project execution plans, manage project schedules and budgets, coordinate construction activities, supervise site teams, monitor project progress, allocate resources, review engineering drawings, resolve technical issues, ensure compliance with HSE regulations, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. They also prepare project reports, monitor productivity, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely project completion.

AutoCAD Operators prepare detailed engineering drawings, construction layouts, technical plans, and revisions based on project requirements. They support engineers and project managers by producing accurate CAD drawings, maintaining drawing records, updating design modifications, and ensuring documentation complies with company and client standards.

Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience in industrial or construction projects.

Civil Project Managers should possess strong leadership, planning, communication, budgeting, and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

AutoCAD Operators should be proficient in AutoCAD software, engineering drafting, technical drawing interpretation, and documentation management.
