Primary Responsibilities
A Manlift Operator is responsible for operating aerial work platforms safely and efficiently while following company procedures and project safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include inspecting the equipment before operation, ensuring the manlift is in proper working condition, transporting workers to elevated work locations, maintaining safe operating practices, and reporting any mechanical defects immediately. Operators must work closely with supervisors, safety personnel, and project teams to ensure lifting operations are completed without incident. They are also responsible for maintaining equipment cleanliness, following manufacturer operating guidelines, and ensuring that all activities comply with site-specific safety requirements.
Professional Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have proven experience operating manlifts such as Zoomlion or similar equipment on construction or industrial projects. A valid operator license or certification is preferred where applicable, along with practical knowledge of equipment inspection, safe operating procedures, hazard identification, and emergency response. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under project schedules. Immediate availability, a valid Iqama, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards are essential qualifications for this position.
