MRC is currently recruiting 12 ARAMCO Approved Work Permit Receivers (WPRs) for a short-term project in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity offers an attractive rate of 35 SAR per hour, immediate mobilization, and company-provided food and accommodation.

Primary Responsibilities

A Work Permit Receiver is responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and implementing work permits before any job begins on the project site. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with permit issuers, ensuring all safety requirements are fulfilled, verifying that the worksite is safe, communicating permit conditions to the work crew, and monitoring compliance throughout the job. WPRs are also responsible for maintaining permit documentation, ensuring that work activities remain within the approved scope, reporting unsafe conditions immediately, and coordinating with supervisors and safety personnel whenever changes occur. They play a critical role in maintaining safe operations by ensuring all work complies with ARAMCO permit-to-work procedures and project safety regulations.

Professional Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should possess a valid ARAMCO Work Permit Receiver (WPR) approval along with practical experience working on industrial or oil & gas projects. Candidates should have a strong understanding of ARAMCO permit-to-work systems, hazard identification, lockout/tagout procedures, confined space requirements, hot work permits, and general workplace safety regulations. Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments are essential.
