Primary Responsibilities
A Carpenter is responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wooden structures and formwork according to project drawings and specifications. Steel Fixers prepare, position, and secure reinforcement bars used in concrete structures, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements. Masons construct walls, partitions, and other masonry structures using bricks, blocks, or concrete materials while maintaining quality standards. Helpers support skilled workers by transporting materials, preparing work areas, handling tools, and assisting with general site activities. All employees are expected to follow safety regulations, maintain productivity, and work collaboratively to achieve project objectives.
Professional Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective construction trades and the ability to perform assigned duties efficiently.
