The employer is urgently hiring 2 Manlift Operators who have previously worked at SAMYOUNG, making prior project experience a mandatory requirement. Manlift Operators play a critical role in providing safe access to elevated work areas during construction, maintenance, and industrial operations. This position offers room-to-room duty and is ideal for qualified operators seeking stable long-term employment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Manlift Operators are responsible for safely operating aerial work platforms to transport personnel and equipment to elevated work locations. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-operational inspections, checking safety devices, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly, positioning the manlift securely, and following approved operating procedures. Operators must comply with workplace safety regulations, communicate effectively with supervisors and ground personnel, and report any mechanical defects or unsafe conditions immediately. They are also responsible for maintaining equipment cleanliness, preventing accidents, and ensuring all lifting activities are performed safely and efficiently.
Essential Skills and Professional Requirements
