Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Aramco Safety Officers are responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental procedures throughout the project site. Their daily responsibilities include conducting routine safety inspections, identifying workplace hazards, performing risk assessments, monitoring compliance with Aramco safety regulations, and ensuring that employees use the correct personal protective equipment (PPE). Safety Officers also organize toolbox talks, investigate incidents, prepare safety reports, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with supervisors and project management to maintain a safe working environment. They play a critical role in preventing accidents, promoting safety awareness, and ensuring that all work activities are performed according to approved safety procedures.
Essential Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must have experience working as Aramco Safety Officers and possess strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response procedures, and workplace safety management. A Vendor Code and Chamber registration are mandatory requirements for this position. Candidates must also have an Iqama with a minimum validity of four months.
