WPR, Safety Officer – Long-Term

Primary Duties and Work Responsibilities

Work Permit Receivers (WPR) are responsible for managing the permit-to-work system, verifying work permits, coordinating with supervisors and safety teams, ensuring all safety requirements are met before work begins, monitoring ongoing activities, and maintaining accurate permit documentation. Both roles require close coordination with project personnel to ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge

Applicants for the Safety Officer position must possess a valid NEBOSH Certificate, which is mandatory. Relevant experience in industrial or construction projects and strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations are highly preferred.
