Professional Role Overview

The available positions cover supervisory, technical, and skilled trade disciplines that are essential for the successful execution of industrial construction and maintenance projects. Supervisors and Foremen will lead workforce teams, coordinate project activities, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Welders, Pipe Fitters, Riggers, and Grinders will perform critical field operations related to fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities. Electrical and Instrumentation professionals will support electrical systems, instrumentation works, cable installation, testing, and commissioning activities. These roles are fundamental to maintaining productivity, operational efficiency, and project success.

Key Responsibilities and Daily Duties

Selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their respective trades and project requirements. Supervisors and Foremen will manage manpower, monitor work progress, and ensure work completion according to approved schedules. Welders will execute welding operations based on approved procedures and quality standards. Pipe Fitters will install and assemble piping systems while ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Riggers will safely handle lifting operations and equipment movement. Electrical and Instrumentation personnel will support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing activities. All employees will be expected to follow safety regulations, attend toolbox meetings, and maintain professional workplace standards.

Skills, Qualifications and Industry Knowledge
