Job Role Overview & Importance
A Work Permit Receiver (WPR) serves as a critical link between field operations and safety management. In Aramco projects, WPR personnel are responsible for ensuring that all work activities are properly authorized and conducted according to approved permit-to-work procedures.
The role is essential for maintaining workplace safety, reducing operational risks, and ensuring compliance with Aramco standards. By coordinating permits and monitoring work activities, WPRs help create a safer and more efficient project environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and managing work permits before project activities begin. They will coordinate with supervisors, safety officers, and project teams to ensure that all required precautions have been implemented.
Daily responsibilities include verifying permit documentation, monitoring ongoing work activities, ensuring compliance with safety requirements, and maintaining accurate records. WPR personnel must also identify potential safety concerns and communicate them to the appropriate departments.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must hold Aramco WPR approval and possess relevant experience in industrial, oil and gas, or construction projects. A valid Aramco Vendor Code is mandatory for this position.
Candidates must also have a valid Absher Iqama, updated Muqeem report with at least three months validity, medical fitness report, Chamber certificate, and passport. Experience working on Aramco projects will be considered a significant advantage.
