WPR (10 Nos) – Non-Aramco
Black Shield International has announced an urgent manpower requirement for Work Permit Receivers (WPR – Non-Aramco) for projects. The company is seeking 10 experienced WPR professionals who are available for immediate mobilization. Candidates must meet several mandatory requirements, including an EWA Certificate, valid Saudi driving license, 3rd Party Training & Certificate, OHTL experience, fluent English communication skills, and a valid Ajeer document. Applicants must also have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Work Permit Duties & Site Responsibilities
Selected WPRs will be responsible for supporting safe work execution through proper work permit procedures at the assigned project locations. Their duties may include reviewing permits, checking worksite conditions, confirming required safety controls, coordinating with supervisors and work crews, and ensuring that activities remain within the approved scope of work. Candidates with OHTL experience should understand the specific hazards associated with overhead transmission line activities and follow established safety procedures. Strong English communication skills will be important for reading instructions, completing documentation, and communicating effectively with site personnel.
Required Qualifications & Professional Skills
Applicants must have at least 5+ years of relevant experience as specified in the requirement. The EWA Certificate is mandatory, along with a valid Saudi driving license and 3rd Party Training & Certificate. Candidates must also have practical OHTL experience and be fluent in English, including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. A valid Ajeer document is mandatory for this requirement.
