Positions And Key Responsibilities

The requirement includes 2 Site Coordinators for Dammam. This role requires communication with locations and sites, gathering purchase requests, summarizing and cross-checking requests, clarifying information with requesters and coordinating the verified requirements with the warehouse team. Knowledge of SAP/ERP, catering services, food items and logistics is specified for this position. The recruitment also includes 20 Aramco Work Permit Receivers for Abu Ali, who will support permit-related site activities according to project procedures. Two Aramco-certified Painters are required for Abu Ali, with Brush, Roller and Airless Spray skills specified. One Aramco-certified Crane Operator is required for an onshore project and must have experience with the specified 250-ton crane equipment.

Skills And Job Requirements

Site Coordinator candidates should have knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, catering services and food items, including names, brands and sizes; logistics knowledge is considered an advantage. WPR candidates require the relevant Aramco documentation, while immediate mobilization documents include valid Iqama, Muqeem, third-party certificate, Aramco certificate and Abu Ali Plant Safety Orientation Card (AAP SOC). Painter applicants require an Aramco certificate and the specified Saudi Aramco Inspection Department SAEP/316 Painter Inhouse Training. Crane Operator applicants must have an Aramco certificate and experience with a 250-ton Kobelco CKE 2500G crane. Updated CV, Chamber and applicable vendor documentation are required.
