There are 2 vacancies available for candidates who can perform room-to-room standby duty responsibly and remain attentive throughout their assigned working hours. A Standby Man has an important role in supporting safe and organized operations at industrial, construction, and contracting sites. The position requires workers to stay alert, follow site instructions, monitor their assigned areas, and report any issue to the responsible supervisor. Standby personnel help maintain proper control and support during work activities, particularly where continuous observation and quick communication are required. Candidates should be responsible, disciplined, punctual, and capable of following workplace safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out room-to-room standby duties according to the instructions provided by the supervisor or site management. The worker must remain attentive in the assigned area and observe ongoing activities carefully. Any unsafe condition, unusual situation, emergency, or other concern should be reported immediately to the responsible person. The Standby Man must maintain proper communication with the site team and follow all instructions given during the duty period.
