Key Responsibilities and Daily Work Duties
Stand By Men (SBM) and Fire Watch personnel are responsible for monitoring hazardous work activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, preventing fire risks during hot work operations, maintaining emergency response readiness, and supporting the site’s HSE team. Static Foremen supervise static equipment installation and maintenance, manage work crews, coordinate daily project activities, ensure work quality, and maintain compliance with project schedules and safety regulations. All positions require close coordination with supervisors and strict adherence to industrial safety standards.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Professional Knowledge
