Working alongside Mechanical Fitters, Stand By Men help create a safe and efficient work environment on shutdown projects. Eid Al-Arabia General Contracting Est. is urgently recruiting qualified personnel for an upcoming shutdown project with interviews scheduled for immediate mobilization.

Primary Duties and Work Responsibilities

Stand By Men monitor work areas during hazardous activities, ensure emergency equipment is readily available, communicate with supervisors and safety personnel, identify unsafe conditions, and assist during emergency situations when required. Mechanical Fitters install, assemble, maintain, repair, and align mechanical equipment, piping systems, and industrial machinery while following engineering drawings and safety standards. All personnel are expected to comply with project safety regulations, maintain productivity, and work effectively as part of the project team.

Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective positions. A Vendor Code is mandatory for both positions. Candidates must be physically fit, capable of working in industrial shutdown environments, and committed to following strict health and safety procedures.
