Role Overview
Scaffolding Supervisors and Riggers play essential roles in maintaining safety and operational efficiency at industrial worksites. Scaffolding Supervisors oversee scaffold erection, inspection, and dismantling activities, ensuring compliance with approved standards. Riggers are responsible for planning and executing lifting operations safely while coordinating with crane operators and project teams. Both roles are critical for supporting construction and maintenance activities.
Main Duties
Scaffolding Supervisors will manage scaffolding crews, conduct inspections, ensure compliance with safety requirements, and maintain scaffolding documentation. Rigger Level III personnel will supervise complex lifting activities, inspect rigging equipment, and ensure safe lifting operations. Rigger Level I personnel will assist with rigging activities, equipment handling, and adherence to lifting procedures. All candidates must follow Aramco safety regulations and project requirements at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
Applicants should possess valid Aramco certifications relevant to their positions. Scaffolding Supervisors must have strong knowledge of scaffold systems, inspections, and workforce supervision. Riggers should be experienced in lifting operations, rigging techniques, and equipment safety. Candidates with previous industrial project experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to workplace safety will be preferred.
