A new urgent manpower requirement dated 14 August 2026 is seeking candidates for multiple positions in Gajlan, along with a separate Tiles Mason requirement for Ruma-2. Available Construction Positions
The Gajlan project has several openings for workers with different levels of site experience. Scaffolder positions are available for candidates holding the specified online TUV documentation. Masons and Carpenters are also required for construction and finishing activities.
Safety Officers and Work Permit Receivers are needed to support workplace safety and permit-related operations. The requirement also includes Helpers who can assist skilled workers with general site duties, material handling, housekeeping, and other assigned activities.
A separate requirement is available for Tiles Masons at Ruma-2. This position is suitable for experienced workers who can carry out tile installation and finishing work according to project requirements.
Work Responsibilities
Scaffolders are generally responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures while following approved site procedures. Masons perform blockwork, plastering, and other masonry activities, while Carpenters handle construction-related woodwork and finishing tasks.
Safety Officers monitor site conditions, identify hazards, and encourage compliance with workplace safety procedures. WPRs are responsible for supporting the permit-to-work process and ensuring activities are performed according to applicable permit conditions.
Helpers provide general support to skilled workers, including moving materials, preparing work areas, maintaining housekeeping, and following supervisor instructions. Tiles Masons handle tile preparation, cutting, installation, alignment, grouting, and finishing work.
