Stand By Men and Fire Watch personnel work closely with safety officers and supervisors to ensure compliance with safety regulations, prevent workplace incidents, and respond promptly to emergencies. Key Responsibilities & Work Scope

The selected candidates will monitor work activities to ensure compliance with approved safety procedures and company policies. Fire Watch personnel will observe hot work operations, identify potential fire hazards, maintain firefighting equipment, and respond immediately to emergency situations if required. Stand By Men (SBM) will supervise ongoing work, maintain communication with work crews, prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas, assist during emergency situations, and ensure all work is carried out safely. Both positions require continuous vigilance, effective communication, and strict adherence to industrial safety standards throughout the project duration.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must have relevant industrial experience, with expertise in safety support operations being mandatory.
