Safety Supervisor & Safety Officer (PGCC)
Petropan General Contracting Co. is urgently hiring experienced Safety Supervisors and Safety Officers for a long-term project. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified HSE professionals with extensive industrial experience to join a major project with immediate mobilization.
Safety Supervisors and Safety Officers are responsible for implementing workplace safety programs, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards, conducting risk assessments, preventing workplace accidents, and promoting a strong safety culture across all project activities. Candidates with solid industrial experience and internationally recognized safety certifications are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities
The selected candidates will monitor daily work activities, conduct routine safety inspections, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with company and Saudi Aramco safety procedures. Responsibilities include organizing toolbox talks, reviewing work permits, conducting incident investigations, preparing safety reports, verifying the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and implementing corrective actions to minimize workplace risks.
Safety Supervisors will additionally oversee safety teams, coordinate with project management, ensure compliance with client HSE requirements, and support continuous improvement of workplace safety performance throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must have Saudi Aramco Approval with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial safety experience. Candidates must hold valid NEBOSH and OSHA certifications and possess strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response procedures, and incident prevention.
Only candidates who can submit hard copies of all documents along with original experience certificates will be considered. Soft copies will not be accepted. Original Passport is mandatory for processing.
