Safety Officer and Scaffolder positions are required for ongoing construction and industrial projects in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia. These roles are essential for maintaining workplace safety standards and ensuring safe execution of site activities. Safety Officers are responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety regulations, while Scaffolders are responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures used for working at heights and construction support.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with site safety procedures, conducting regular inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective actions. They will also conduct toolbox talks, monitor high-risk activities, and ensure that all workers follow proper safety guidelines and use required protective equipment.
The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to site requirements. The role includes ensuring structural stability, inspecting scaffolding components before use, and maintaining safety standards during all scaffolding operations. Both roles require strict adherence to safety rules and coordination with site supervisors.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Safety Officer candidates must have relevant experience in industrial safety management with strong knowledge of site inspection procedures, hazard identification, and safety compliance systems.
Scaffolders must have practical experience in scaffolding work, including erection and dismantling procedures, and must be capable of working safely at heights. Candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and able to follow instructions in a high-pressure work environment.
