Safety Officer / QA/QC Inspector / Rigger / Supervisor Roles

Job Overview and Industry Importance

A large-scale recruitment drive has been announced by Diversified Arabia Co. for multiple technical and safety positions across major industrial project locations in Saudi Arabia, including Jubail, Jafurah, and Fadhili. These roles are part of long-term oil, gas, and construction development projects that require skilled manpower to maintain safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

These job categories are critical in supporting industrial growth and ensuring that large infrastructure and energy projects are executed under strict international and Aramco-approved standards. QA/QC Inspectors maintain quality compliance, Riggers handle heavy lifting operations, and Safety Officers ensure risk-free work environments across all construction and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities and Site Functions

QA/QC Inspectors will be responsible for monitoring welding, piping, and fabrication activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and industrial codes. They will conduct inspections, prepare reports, verify materials, and coordinate with engineering teams to maintain quality standards throughout project execution.

Riggers across Level 1, 2, and 3 categories will manage lifting operations, inspect rigging equipment, and ensure safe handling of heavy materials. Safety Officers will monitor site conditions, conduct safety inspections, enforce PPE compliance, and lead hazard prevention programs. Scaffolding Supervisors and Mechanical Superintendents will oversee structural and equipment-related operations, ensuring safety and efficiency at every stage of construction work.

Skills, Experience, and Qualification Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience in oil, gas, construction, or maintenance projects. Candidates with Aramco approval will be given preference for supervisory and technical roles due to strict compliance requirements in Saudi industrial environments.

Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, lifting safety, welding standards, and industrial safety regulations is required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to work in high-pressure project environments. Valid Saudi documentation including IQAMA, MUQEEM, passport, and chamber certification is mandatory for all applicants.
