Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring workplace activities and ensuring compliance with project safety requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, reporting unsafe conditions, and supporting corrective actions across the project area. Candidates will work closely with supervisors and operational teams to maintain safe working conditions.
Additional responsibilities include preparing safety reports, monitoring worker compliance with procedures, conducting safety awareness activities, and ensuring proper implementation of project standards. Safety Officers are expected to maintain accurate records and contribute actively to maintaining a strong safety culture throughout the assignment period.
Candidates will also assist with incident prevention measures and support project management in implementing approved safety practices. Maintaining professional conduct, communication, and attention to site conditions are essential parts of the role.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have previous experience working in industrial or construction safety positions and should demonstrate strong understanding of workplace safety procedures. E&PM Approval is mandatory and will be considered a key requirement during candidate selection.
