Safety Officer – 30 Positions

A Safety Officer is responsible for promoting a safe working environment by implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations. Safety Officers play a crucial role in preventing accidents, protecting employees, and supporting the successful execution of industrial and construction projects. Red Dune Contracting Company is urgently hiring qualified Male and Female Safety Officers for positions in Jubail. Candidates with a strong educational background and NEBOSH IGC certification are encouraged to apply.

Primary Duties and Work Responsibilities

Safety Officers conduct routine workplace inspections, identify potential hazards, perform risk assessments, and ensure that all work activities comply with company and client safety standards. They organize toolbox talks, investigate incidents, monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), prepare safety reports, and provide guidance to employees on safe work practices. They also coordinate with supervisors and project management to implement corrective actions and maintain a culture of safety throughout the workplace.

Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge

Applicants must hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree and possess a valid NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), which is mandatory for both male and female positions. Candidates should have strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, excellent communication and reporting skills, and the ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments. A valid Iqama with at least six months of validity is required. The position is available on a transferable Iqama basis.
