Safety Officer – 10 Positions

Jihad Al Fadhel Contracting Establishment (JFC Contracting Est.) is urgently recruiting Safety Officers for a long-term project. Primary Duties and Job Responsibilities

Aramco Approved Safety Officers are responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies throughout the project. They conduct daily site inspections, identify workplace hazards, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Aramco safety standards and company procedures. Safety Officers investigate incidents, deliver toolbox talks, monitor high-risk activities, verify work permits, and promote a strong safety culture among all employees. They also prepare HSE reports, maintain safety documentation, coordinate emergency response activities, and work closely with supervisors and management to ensure accident-free project execution.

Professional Qualifications and Required Skills

Applicants must hold a genuine Aramco Safety Officer Approval and have a minimum of 8 years of experience on Aramco projects. Candidates with fake approvals or forged certificates will not be considered. Strong knowledge of Aramco HSE procedures, risk management, incident investigation, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response is essential. Applicants should possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills while demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure in demanding industrial environments. Previous experience on oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial construction projects is mandatory.
