Rigger, Scaffolder & Helper (Long Term)

Large industrial projects require dependable skilled and support workers to keep construction activities moving safely and efficiently. From lifting and rigging operations to scaffolding and general site assistance, each trade contributes to smooth project execution. A new urgent recruitment drive is open for multiple positions across Jafurah, Amiral, Fadhili, and Dammam projects, with several vacancies available for TUV-certified riggers, scaffolders, helpers, and an Aramco-approved Safety Officer.

Current Industrial Manpower Opportunities

The recruitment includes Rigger Level III TUV positions for two separate assignments. 20 Riggers are required for Jafurah at SAR 14, with FAT Free benefits. Another 25 Rigger Level III TUV vacancies are available for Amiral at SAR 15, on a room-to-room basis with Chamber required. The requirement also includes 30 TUV Scaffolders for Fadhili at SAR 15, with room-to-room duty, and 20 TUV Scaffolders for Amiral at SAR 15, also requiring Chamber.

For general site support, 30 Helpers are required for Amiral at SAR 11, with room-to-room duty and Chamber required. A further 30 Helpers are required for Fadhili at SAR 11, also on room-to-room duty. In addition, an Aramco-approved Safety Officer is required for a Dammam project, with 7 years of experience and a requirement for 25 Iqama.

Understanding the Job Roles

Riggers are responsible for assisting with the safe lifting, positioning, and movement of equipment and materials, making TUV certification an important requirement for the listed rigging positions. Scaffolders help erect, modify, and dismantle temporary access structures so that other workers can safely perform tasks at elevated locations. Helpers provide essential support to different site teams by assisting with materials, tools, housekeeping, and general project activities. The Safety Officer, meanwhile, focuses on monitoring workplace safety, identifying hazards, and ensuring that established procedures are followed throughout project operations.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should apply according to the requirements of their specific trade. TUV certification is mandatory for the listed Rigger Level III and Scaffolder positions. Candidates for the Safety Officer vacancy must have Aramco approval and 7 years of experience. The recruitment notice also specifies documents including Iqama copy, photo, passport copy, visa copy, updated Muqeem, and medical fitness. Candidates attending the interview are instructed to bring their full documents, passport, and PP as required for verification.
