Key Responsibilities & Work Duties
The Rigger 2 will be responsible for carrying out rigging and lifting activities safely under approved site procedures. Duties may include preparing lifting equipment, inspecting slings and shackles, assisting with load handling, connecting and disconnecting lifting gear, guiding loads using proper signaling methods, and coordinating with crane operators and lifting supervisors. The rigger must understand safe lifting practices, maintain proper exclusion zones, and ensure that rigging equipment is suitable for the assigned load. Strict compliance with Aramco safety requirements and site lifting procedures is essential throughout the work.
