Rigger, Electrician, WPR & Helper

Large industrial projects depend on reliable manpower across multiple trades, from lifting and electrical work to permit control and general site support. A new recruitment drive dated 05 September 2026 is offering several positions for the Jafurah (L&T) project, with long-term employment and immediate project requirements. The opportunity covers Rigger III (TUV), Electrician, WPR, and Helper roles, with food, accommodation, and transportation provided to selected workers.

Current Openings Across Key Industrial Trades

The recruitment covers four different job functions, giving qualified workers from both technical and support backgrounds an opportunity to join a long-duration project. Rigger III personnel contribute to safe lifting and material-handling operations, while Electricians support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. WPR professionals help manage permit-controlled activities, ensuring work is carried out within approved conditions. Helpers provide essential assistance to skilled teams and help maintain smooth day-to-day site operations.

What the Work Involves

A Rigger III is typically involved in preparing loads, selecting suitable lifting accessories, securing materials, communicating with lifting teams, and guiding suspended loads safely. The TUV requirement makes valid certification particularly important for this position.

Electricians may perform installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair work on electrical equipment and systems. They need to follow established electrical safety practices and coordinate effectively with other trades working around electrical installations.

WPR personnel are responsible for supporting permit-controlled work by understanding permit requirements, coordinating with relevant site personnel, and ensuring that work activities remain within approved safety conditions. Helpers generally assist skilled workers with material handling, housekeeping, equipment preparation, and other assigned site duties while following workplace safety instructions.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Candidates should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for and be prepared to work on a long-term industrial project. Rigger III applicants must have the required TUV certification, while WPR candidates should have appropriate experience with work-permit procedures. Electricians should possess sound knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance, while Helpers should be physically capable of supporting site teams with general duties. The advertisement states that normal documents are required and instructs applicants to submit all documents along with their original passport to the office. Candidates should ensure their paperwork is genuine and valid before attending the interview.
