Key Duties and Work Responsibilities
Rigger-2 professionals are responsible for performing safe lifting operations, preparing rigging equipment, assisting crane operations, and ensuring all lifting activities follow Aramco safety standards. Steel Erectors and Structure Fitters handle the installation, alignment, and assembly of steel structures according to project drawings and specifications. Helpers provide support by moving materials, assisting skilled workers, maintaining work areas, and completing general site duties. Block Masons perform masonry work, including block laying, wall construction, and finishing activities while maintaining quality standards. All employees must follow safety procedures, use required protective equipment, and complete assigned tasks efficiently to support successful project completion.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have suitable experience related to their selected position. Rigger-2 candidates must possess valid Aramco certification and practical experience in industrial lifting operations. Steel Erectors and Structure Fitters should understand structural installation methods and be capable of working with construction drawings. Helpers should be physically fit and able to perform general labor duties in project environments. Block Masons should have experience in masonry and construction work.
