Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Rigger 2 and Rigger 3 personnel will be responsible for carrying out safe lifting and rigging operations in accordance with industrial safety regulations and project requirements. Their duties include inspecting lifting equipment, preparing loads for crane operations, attaching and securing loads, and ensuring safe execution of all lifting activities on-site. They must strictly follow signal procedures, rigging plans, and safety instructions to avoid operational risks. Tank Fitters will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing storage tanks used in industrial and oil & gas facilities. Their work includes aligning tank components, performing mechanical fitting tasks, and ensuring structural integrity according to engineering drawings and project specifications. All positions require coordination with supervisors, safety teams, and engineering departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
Candidates applying for Rigger positions must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience along with valid TUV certification (Rigger 2 or Rigger 3). Strong knowledge of lifting procedures, equipment handling, and industrial safety practices is essential. Tank Fitter candidates must have proven experience in industrial or oil and gas projects, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and perform precision fitting work.
