Primary Responsibilities
A Plaster Mason is responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing plaster materials, applying cement and plaster coats, repairing damaged walls, and ensuring smooth, high-quality finishes according to project specifications. Tile Masons install ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other floor and wall tiles by measuring layouts, cutting tiles accurately, and applying adhesives and grout to achieve durable and attractive finishes. Helpers provide essential support by transporting materials, preparing work areas, assisting skilled tradesmen, maintaining tools, and ensuring construction sites remain clean and organized. All employees are expected to follow company safety policies, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain quality workmanship, and complete assigned tasks within project deadlines while working effectively as part of a team.
