Core Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing their assigned trade activities according to project requirements and industry standards. Electrical personnel will handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and supervision of electrical systems. Instrumentation professionals will manage calibration, installation, testing, and maintenance of control systems and field instruments. Mechanical and millwright teams will oversee equipment installation, maintenance, alignment, and operational support. Pipe Fitters and Fabricators will work on piping systems and structural assemblies, while Structural Fitters and Supervisors will manage structural installation activities. Welding and Piping Supervisors will coordinate workforce activities, monitor quality standards, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. All employees must follow project procedures and safety regulations throughout the project duration.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant industrial construction, oil and gas, petrochemical, or maintenance experience related to their respective trades. Supervisors and Foremen should demonstrate leadership capabilities, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively. Technical personnel must have practical knowledge of industry tools, equipment, drawings, and procedures associated with their discipline. Strong communication skills, safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to work in demanding industrial environments are highly valued.
