Key Responsibilities & Work Duties
Pipe Fitters will perform pipe fitting, cutting, alignment, installation, and related piping activities according to drawings and project specifications. Piping Foremen and Supervisors will coordinate piping teams, monitor daily activities, ensure quality standards, and supervise site progress. GTAW/SMAW Pipe Welders will carry out pipe welding using the required welding processes while maintaining proper workmanship and safety standards. Electricians will handle electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and related site activities, while Electrical Foremen and Supervisors will manage electrical teams and coordinate project execution. Instrument Technicians will work on instrumentation installation, testing, calibration, and maintenance, with Instrument Foremen and Supervisors responsible for team coordination and supervision. Steel Erectors will perform structural steel erection and related activities, while Steel Erection Foremen and Steel Supervisors will oversee erection teams, coordinate work, and maintain safety and quality requirements.
Required Skills, Experience & Documentation
Candidates should have practical experience and technical knowledge relevant to the position they are applying for. Skilled workers must understand their trade procedures and be capable of following project drawings, specifications, safety rules, and supervisor instructions. Foremen and Supervisors should have strong leadership, communication, planning, and team-management skills. Pipe Welders should have experience with GTAW/SMAW welding processes, while Instrument Technicians should be familiar with industrial instrumentation systems and related testing or maintenance work.
