Job Role Overview & Importance

HSE Officers are responsible for maintaining workplace safety standards and ensuring compliance with project regulations. Their role is essential in preventing incidents, identifying workplace hazards, and promoting a strong safety culture across industrial operations.
Foremen supervise work crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure that project work is completed according to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Painting Foremen and Insulation Foremen will supervise manpower, coordinate daily work activities, and ensure project specifications are followed. They will monitor quality standards, maintain productivity, and report progress to project management.
Brush Painters will prepare surfaces, apply protective coatings, and ensure painting work meets industrial quality requirements. Insulators will install and maintain insulation materials on piping systems, vessels, and equipment to control temperature and improve efficiency.
Insulation Cladding Fitters will fabricate and install metal cladding systems to protect insulation materials from environmental damage. HSE Officers will conduct site inspections, monitor safety compliance, investigate hazards, and ensure workers follow project safety procedures.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility
