Key Responsibilities and Work Duties
The selected Manlift Operators will be responsible for operating manlift equipment safely and efficiently while transporting personnel and materials to elevated work locations. Daily responsibilities include inspecting the equipment before operation, ensuring all safety devices are functioning properly, and following workplace safety procedures at all times. Operators must coordinate with supervisors and field personnel to complete assigned tasks while maintaining a secure working environment. They are also expected to report any equipment faults immediately and ensure proper maintenance practices are followed.
Required Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have previous experience operating manlifts or similar aerial work platforms, preferably on industrial or construction projects. A strong understanding of safety regulations, equipment operation, and hazard awareness is essential. Candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working efficiently under site conditions.
