Main Duties & Work Responsibilities
The Iron Worker Foreman will supervise iron workers, coordinate daily activities, allocate work, and ensure that steel and iron work is completed according to project requirements and safety procedures. Steel Erectors will assemble, position, align, and secure structural steel components safely. Iron Workers will assist with fabrication, installation, and related structural work. Fire Watchers will monitor hot-work areas, identify fire hazards, maintain required fire-prevention measures, and respond promptly to unsafe conditions. Helpers will support skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, loading, unloading, and general construction duties.
Required Skills & Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trade and be capable of following site safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Foremen should have suitable team-supervision experience, while Steel Erectors and Iron Workers should understand structural steel and iron work activities. Fire Watchers should be familiar with hot-work hazards and fire-prevention requirements. Helpers should be physically fit and willing to assist skilled workers with general site duties. Candidates must provide the required Iqama, Muqeem, passport, Chamber, and body fitness documents for verification.
