Key Responsibilities and Job Duties
HSE Supervisors are responsible for ensuring full compliance with safety standards, conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing preventive safety measures across all project activities. QC Inspectors (Piping & Mechanical) ensure quality control checks, verify installation accuracy, and maintain compliance with engineering and Aramco specifications.
Supervisors and Foremen in piping, electrical, and mechanical disciplines are responsible for managing site teams, monitoring daily work progress, and ensuring tasks are completed according to project drawings and safety requirements. Skilled workers such as pipe fabricators, pipe fitters, scaffolders, electricians, fire watchers, and WPRs perform essential fieldwork including fabrication, installation, rigging support, electrical work, and safety monitoring to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills, Experience, and Professional Requirements
Applicants for supervisory and QC roles must have Aramco approval and relevant industrial experience in oil and gas projects. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, inspection procedures, and technical standards is required. Foremen and supervisors should have leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively on-site.
Skilled workers such as pipe fabricators, fitters, scaffolders, electricians, and fire watch personnel should have practical experience in construction or industrial environments. Candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working under strict safety regulations. Gulf experience will be considered a strong advantage for all categories.
