Key Responsibilities

Carpenter Foremen will supervise carpentry teams and coordinate daily activities. Steel Fixers will install and secure reinforcement steel according to construction requirements, while Steel Fixer Foremen will supervise reinforcement work and manage the assigned workforce. Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle scaffolding safely, while Scaffolder Foremen will supervise scaffolding teams and ensure that work is performed according to site requirements and safety procedures.

Candidates applying for foreman positions should have the ability to supervise workers and coordinate daily activities effectively. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of performing loading, unloading, and general labor duties.
