Key Responsibilities & Work Duties

The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely operating a 7-ton forklift to load, unload, lift, move, and position heavy materials within the assigned project area. The operator must conduct routine pre-operation checks, inspect the forklift and safety equipment, and ensure loads are properly balanced and secured before movement. Safe operation around workers, vehicles, structures, and other equipment is essential. The operator should follow site traffic rules, lifting procedures, supervisor instructions, and all applicable HSE requirements while maintaining proper care of the equipment.
