Job Role Overview & Importance
These roles are essential in supporting oil and gas construction and maintenance projects. Piping Foremen and Supervisors manage and coordinate piping installation activities, ensuring work is executed according to engineering drawings and safety standards. HSE Officers are responsible for maintaining site safety compliance, reducing risks, and enforcing industrial safety procedures.
Fire Watch personnel ensure safe hot work operations by monitoring welding and cutting activities to prevent fire hazards. WPR (Work Permit Receivers) handle permit-to-work systems, ensuring all job activities are properly authorized before execution.
In Saipem-related projects, these roles are critical for maintaining high safety standards and ensuring smooth project execution in demanding industrial environments.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Piping Supervisors and Foremen will oversee workforce activities, manage installation tasks, and ensure piping systems are installed according to project specifications. They will coordinate with engineers and safety teams to maintain quality and safety compliance.
HSE Officers will conduct site inspections, identify hazards, implement corrective safety measures, and ensure all workers follow safety protocols. Fire Watch personnel will monitor high-risk operations and ensure fire prevention measures are strictly followed.
WPR staff will manage work permits, verify job approvals, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure all activities are properly authorized and safely executed.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have prior Saipem project experience, which is mandatory for this recruitment. Candidates should possess strong industrial knowledge in piping, safety, fire watch procedures, or permit-to-work systems depending on the role.
