Key Responsibilities and Professional Duties

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective positions. Engineers and Project Control professionals will manage planning, scheduling, cost control, project monitoring, and reporting activities. Supervisors, Foremen, and Superintendents will oversee field operations, manage work teams, ensure productivity, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards. QA/QC Inspectors will inspect construction and maintenance work to ensure adherence to project specifications and international standards. Skilled trades such as Pipe Fitters, Welders, Millwrights, Electricians, Instrument Technicians, Fabricators, Mechanics, Auto Electricians, and Painters will perform installation, maintenance, fabrication, inspection, and repair activities. Fire Watch, Hole Watch, Riggers, Scaffolders, Tool Keepers, Coordinators, and other support personnel will ensure safe, organized, and efficient project execution. All employees are expected to maintain professionalism, comply with company procedures, and follow strict health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants must possess 3 to 5 years of shutdown experience, which is mandatory for all positions. Engineering and management candidates should hold relevant educational qualifications and demonstrate strong technical and leadership capabilities. Skilled trades must have practical industrial experience, knowledge of safety procedures, and the ability to interpret technical drawings where applicable. QA/QC personnel should have experience with inspection standards and quality documentation. Rigger III candidates must possess TUV Certification. Good communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential for all applicants.
