Primary Duties and Responsibilities

An Electrician is responsible for installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, equipment, and wiring according to engineering specifications and safety regulations. A Safety Officer monitors workplace safety, conducts inspections, enforces HSE policies, investigates hazards, and promotes a safe working environment. A Work Permit Receiver (WPR) manages the permit-to-work process, verifies that safety requirements are fulfilled before work begins, and coordinates with operations and HSE teams to ensure compliance with project procedures. An Electrical Foreman supervises electrical technicians, coordinates daily work activities, ensures work quality, and monitors project progress. An Electrical Supervisor oversees multiple electrical teams, manages schedules, ensures compliance with project standards, and coordinates with engineers and project management to achieve successful project completion.

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades and be capable of working on industrial or solar electrical projects. Electricians should possess practical knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance procedures. Safety Officers should have experience in occupational health and safety, hazard identification, and emergency response. WPR candidates should understand permit-to-work systems and industrial safety regulations. Electrical Foremen and Supervisors should demonstrate leadership abilities, technical expertise, and experience supervising electrical construction activities. Candidates must have a valid Iqama with at least three months’ validity, submit their original passport, and successfully pass the company interview before selection.
