Job Purpose and Working Environment
The main purpose of these roles is to support ongoing construction activities in structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and welding works within the Haram project. Workers will be responsible for contributing to the successful completion of infrastructure tasks while ensuring compliance with strict safety and quality standards. The working environment is highly professional and disciplined, requiring focus, coordination with team members, and adherence to site instructions. As this is a high-profile religious and construction site, all workers are expected to maintain professionalism and respect project regulations at all times.
Key Responsibilities and Work Duties
Selected candidates will be assigned tasks according to their trade specialization. Electricians will handle wiring, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems. Duct Fitters will manage HVAC duct installation and alignment. Steel Fixers will work on reinforcement and structural frameworks. Carpenters will perform formwork and finishing tasks, while Plumbers will handle piping, drainage, and water systems. Welders (3G/6G) will carry out fabrication and joining work as per technical requirements. All workers must ensure proper use of tools, follow safety procedures, report site issues, and complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Skills Required and Employment Conditions
Applicants must have proven experience in their respective trade and must be capable of performing work in a fast-paced construction environment.
